ā ļø CUSTOMER WARNING ā APPLIANCE EXPERTS DOCTOR I strongly recommend that people avoid using Appliance Experts Doctor for appliance repairs, based on my personal experience. I have paid them more than R10,000, and I am still waiting for my goods to be returned. I have also not been provided with proper paperwork or a warranty for the workmanship. I did not agree to the last repair, yet it was apparently carried out without my approval, and I was then required to make another payment. Despite having paid them, I am still waiting for my goods to be delivered back to me. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can be cautious and make sure they obtain: Written quotations before repairs are carried out Written authorisation for any additional work Proper invoices and documentation Written warranty terms for workmanship Confirmation of when their goods will be returned Appliance Experts Doctor š *** š 485 Matumi Street, Bircheigh North This post reflects my personal experience and dealings with the business. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing before handing over an appliance or making further payment.
