Extremely bad aftersales and possibly ******

Cam to fix our washing machine, told my domestic to leave the garage while they worked. They then told my wife ot pay the costs immediately and did not quote as they say they do. Machine still does not work and they promised ot come back, but never arrived and stopped answer calls or messages. I doubt they changed any parts and think in my opinion this what they do. My view is stay far away from them. They not honoring their warranty as website says
