****MERS BEWARE
These guys are ******, they arrived, pretended to fix my fridge without quoting, and then closed up without showing the repairs, and demanded aggressively instant payment - which turned out to be 5 times the standard price for this repair. Fridge did not work and they will not return. Lodged ***** case against them with bank and police, and will take them small claims court. I see they have ****med others too. Company is not registered, and the car also appears to be unregistered.

Bad client skills and service
They "fixed" my microwave and dishwasher. they've asked a lot of money and said their work have a guarantee for a year, I think.... They said the'vey put a new pump in the dishwasher. the small grain-like stuff are still on the cups. I've sent pictures twice already, they did not come back. The microwave just worked 5 times then it cuts out and tripped the board. I phoned them because they did not come back to me. Reduaan answered and was very rude by telling me, I must talk short he is busy working. He put the phone down on me. A week later, nothing happened. I phoned again. Reduaan answered again. He again said he is busy WITH AN EMAIL, I have to phone later. When I still want to discuss when they will come, he just put the phone down on me again. Afterservice?.... Nothing yet 3 weeks later...

This company is bs. After promising to fix my microwave 8 times and then not showing up for the days, rescheduled times, dates and me even changing the venue to my sisters places in Newfields and Surrey Estate after it became apparent he feared for his safety in my area after days of saying he does work in this area and at one point that he was 30 minutes away and on his way to me. He never came. Do not engage with this business...Then when I checked his reviews he had 2.5 stars on Google and I said I would leave a review he said leave one he does not care! He then finally admitted he did not want to fix my Microwave after days of promising he would! He then threatened me and said he will show me power. What real power is. He has no integrity and basically treat his customers as nothings especially those that live in the Cape Flats.

My wife used them to come out and check our washing machine which was tripping the earth leakage. They came and without quoting first went ahead and worked on the machine. Then presented us with a costing which was more expensive than buying a new replacement. I am sorry you first inform the client what the problem is and the cost to repair. However, after they left we used the machine, which leaked all the water our into our kitchen. We informed them and 3 days later are still waiting on their reply. I will not recommend using them, especially if you are a women as I believe they took a chance.

Appliance 911 ****MERS
These guys are ****MERS! They came to repair our oven, invoiced us R10 000 and pressurized us to pay quickly. The next day the oven stopped working and a replacement pay turned out to be R309

Extremely bad aftersales and possibly ******
Cam to fix our washing machine, told my domestic to leave the garage while they worked. They then told my wife ot pay the costs immediately and did not quote as they say they do. Machine still does not work and they promised ot come back, but never arrived and stopped answer calls or messages. I doubt they changed any parts and think in my opinion this what they do. My view is stay far away from them. They not honoring their warranty as website says
