Manager Acted and Query was successfully resolved

I would like to thank Daniel, and the rest of appleberry team for resolving my query which has been pending from 08 Dec 2014. I would like to thank Daniel (executive) for his special intervention on my repair query, which through his intervention I received an exchange unit from Appleberry, as my original phone could no longer be repaired.<br> <br> It takes a great leader to be involved in everyday customer service and go out of his way to retain that one customer..<br> Even though the repair process of my phone took very long - what matters now is that - Ive got a phone thats working.. <br> <br> THANK YOU !
