Zululand Bus Services a Big ****

I booked the bus online for Wednesday at 19:30, the bus was from Pretoria bus station to Durban bus station. I got to the PTA bus station at 18:45 and the offices were already closed and the bus never came. I tried calling the offices with no response, tried again the following day and they promised to get back to me but never did. I called the office to arrange the refund process but it looks like they are not planning on refunding me for a service that was never fulfilled, no communication and no apology. Please do not ever book them again if you do not want to lose your money.
