Worst travel experience ever

Don’t use this bus, it is the **** of all buses in SA. I was on my way to JHB from the EC, via PMB. The bus had an issue at the PMB bus stop. They called for a mechanic in PTA to drive to PMB to fix it, ALL THE WAY FROM PRETORIA TO PIETERMARITZBURG, while we waited. Very frustrating I must say. And they do not want to refund when we tell them we are getting off. I wish people could stop using them until they pull up theirs socks.

It is absolutely unacceptable to expect people to wait for a mechanic that is 7 hours away. What about people who have interviews to attend? And all you can do is apologize for the inconvenience? **** this bus. Bunch of *********** idiots
