WORST SERVICE FRO.M APM

Worst service I have ever received, Agent or manager by the name of Mlu has been swearing at passengers. 1st of all the bus has 2 designated drivers so we were travelling from East London to Cape Town so we passed Queenstown to pick up other passengers. Bus was full after that the Mlu guy was in sitting on the staircase smelling of alcohol. Problem started when we were in Cradock to refresh, he started swearing at the petrol attendent. He then went inside the bus and other passenger ask him if he can charge his phone by the drivers charging ports as the bus does not have any even aircon. His response was "AKEKHO UMUNTU UZOCHARGER LA NISILE" after sometime a bag fell from the bag holder it fell on him because he was sitting on the staircase he started.swearing again using the F word
