Worst service ever

I purchased 3 tickets in Apeil from Joburg to PE at Shoprite. Our ticket stated tome of departure as 17:00 we waited in an unsafe area an sms came through that the bus was delayed. We waited no bus arrived people arrived for the 19:00 bus, they also received the delayed message. Somebody came around 9 telling us that the bus will not come we were waiting in vain. I then we forced to order Uber who then were chased by taxi ****s at park station he drove off with our luggage to be safe. I had to book a hotel room. We then got a message to wait in Park station for the buz the following day but still the pathetic treatment continued. We were promised a 11 oclock bus that never arrived a 13:00 bus never arrived, 16:00 bus after this announcement I realised if the 11 and 13 bus did not come chances that the 16 will not be there. So i booked 3 tickets on Greyhound. The cruelty of these people there was an elderly lady in line for 2 days who had to sleep on park station for the next day bus. What if she used her last money to buy a ticket. I requested my legal advisor to trace the bus service, I feel Shoprite selling tickets for non existing bus service should be held accountable as well.
