Worst service ever

Apm buses have done ****ed up again. When their buses run late we are expected to understand that they have delays but when you as a passenger can't make check in time, they leave. What ****es me off the most is that we were not even late, the bus was scheduled to leave at 23:00 from Bloemfontein to jhb but to our surprise, we were told at 22:53 that the bus had left and the ****** driver refused to turn back. This is a **** up on so many levels. I will be expecting any responses to this
