Worst Service and Time Keeping

On the 6th of July my family booked this useless bus service to go to Cofimvaba, the bus was schedule to leave at 18;00. This bus service has a total disregard of time. What is the point of booking a 18;00 bus and the bus only arrives at 21:00 and there is no explanation. This is the worst especially for people travelling with children. The only advantage is that is goes to the small towns in the EC that other bus companies don't go.
