Worst Service

People in this bus are treated like nothing.

The bus was delayed by an hour and people that were transported from other areas were told to get off, and get their laguagge out to pay for it. People were told to pay for laguagge or it will left off the floor. When you ask why when you book online there is not option or anything that speaks about paying for laguagge. They tell you that the bosses want their own extra. And when you ask for the scale they tell you that their eyes are the scale. After another 2hrs waiting to leave people are asked to take some bags they paid for to sit with the bags that cannot fit inside. The worst service in the entire history of my travelling.
