Worst service, 6 hours delay!

The worst service ever recieved. The bus was booked for 6pm and it only arrived at 12. A whole 6 hour delay. The only notification we received was at past 7 telling us there will be a 3 hour delay. After that we ddnt hear anything. The bus station at cape town was gettn empty and there was no one from the apm bus to tell us what is happening or even making sure that we were all okay. After arriving 6 hour late. We got no explanations or apologies for any convenience caused at all!!! The bus driver still have the nerve to tell us he will leave people who take long at food stops after we were so patient with them. First and last time using this bus!!!! It's also uncomfortable!!!
