Worst bus service in south Africa

If I could give zero stars that would be more appreciated do yourself a favour and just book your ticket with anyone else the first red flag is this company doesn’t have a website with contact details extra. Be aware that Amp bus tickets is the worst bus services you could possibly book 8 tickets with them for my employees. After a lot of ************ from taxi drivers and confusing text messages from Amp even one saying that they could not fulfil their duty and that the tickets will still be valid for any other date yesterday morning eventually getting through to a man at their offices, him confirming the taxi problem their office argue with me this morning that no such taxi ************ occurred and that their bus was late but did pitch up contradicting all their previous written communication, only two people were brave enough to stay and got on the bus. Apm is now refusing a refund or giving a voucher ticket. Just don’t book with them save yourself the trouble my employees are now on greyhound coats a bit more but very professional service.
