Worst bus service in SA

Worst experience ever. Had to board the bus outside the premises of Park Station as they are not allowed inside because of some outstanding payment.

Then more than 20 passengers were disboarded in Queenstown when their tickets clearly stated we are all going to King Williams Town and East London.

They have no complaints line, no website, and their dr8vers are not uniformed!

I am pursuing ways to get them on all media platforms so that people stop booking the bus! Such atrocious service.
