Worst Bus Service-APM

I wish there was a negative 9 score. I booked a bus ticket from PE to Cpt departure time 17:10. The bus never arrived. I sent them an email wanting my refund and they are telling me that the bus did arrive at 21:20pm. I'm telling them with proof that the bus was scheduled for 17:10 not after 9pm. Not sure if they understand times or what. I booked them through Travelstart.
