Worst Bus service

I had never experienced such a service.it is now 22h00 Bus AW1600 should have departed at 19h00 on the 22Dec 2025 from Bellville, Town Lodge, there is no courtesy.we only received a sms that the bus was 30 min late at 18h55, 5 min before depart time.it is now 22h00, there no bus.people are freezing.On top of that, in had been contacting a gentleman from your call centre/ office who kept on saying the bus was coming.Theres no update, people at3 treated like they are being done a favor.I had never used this company but gave it a try.This is the poorest service and you should not take people's money if this is how you treat them.Paying for the service that doesnt exist.
