Worst Bus I've ever used.

This is the worst bus ever, I kept on getting messages to remind me of my bus departure time. I am supposed to be in the bus as from 4pm 14/09/2020 yet it is now 6:58 and I am still waiting for the bus at park station... Bare in mind this place is not safe at any hour of the day. I got text that the bus will be 1hour late and 3hours later I have not heard anything and nothing is being said or done from their side to apologize yet I paid full fees. I booked this bus knowing what time I need to get to my destination as I have priorities yet they are being neglected. This bus should be canceled if it is so poorly managed. As I read through reviews... It's the same complaint yet still, it's happening. What do we get in return for our inconvenience and patience? Not a word and not a thing... Thanks a lot APM
