Worst bus ever - please avoid at all costs.

I booked tickets to go to King Williams Town, Worst Mistake of my life, the bus is old, with broken seats, torn curtains and a stench of body odour. It was packed to the brim and I honestly belive this bus I was in was a Covid hotpot. Please avoid this bus at all costs.
