Worsest service ever

Very bad service, A bus from Cape town to Mthatha (Reg no.HB75LH GP) 26/03/2021 very rude drivers no respect at all can't communicate well with people. Fight on the bus with a client swearing at each other treating of taking whoever's trying to talk same sense onto them. They don't want to stop for people to go to relive themselves. But they stopped for themselves when they wanted to on the road unfortunately for we can't pee on the road like them.
