Worse service ever

I booked a bus for 21:30 leaving beach front, i had to taxify to Durban station to catch a bus soon arrival still there was no bus people for a 20:30, 21:00 21:30 that’s me and 22:00 people were still there non has left. Called all apm numbers non got picked up. The lady at the desk was overwhelmed as to she didn’t know what to say or do anymore.
