Worse service

Booked a bus from Queenstown to JHB , asked if the bus had chargers and the consultant said yes….the bus arrived on time only to find out by hat there are no chargers in the bus we then were kept waiting for 2hours while a mechanic was busy trying to fix the “break lights” once he was done we asked the driver to switch on the heaters and the driver said the heaters were not working , we travelled for 9hrs in a freezing bus and the speed the driver was driving was just so uncomfortable….never again would I recommend for anyone to do business with APM ….worst service ever.
