Worse bus service I have come across

By far the worse bus company on the planet. How are they in business. We had to pull out luggage all the way out of the bus station to the street to get on the bus that was not even the bus company bus to durban...to make matters worse non of the employees had any answers to our questions...for a 7 hr bus ride the bus had no toilet...how pathetic. I feel undermined and cheated. Will never recommend this bus service to anyone. Very dissapointed.
