Worse bus ever

Bus from Pretoria to Durban was supposed to leave at 7h00, by 7h30 we were told the bus is still at depot due to mechanical problems and they didn't know how long is was gonna take. The worse part is if you need your refund to take another bus, the terms and conditions leaves you with no choice but to patiently wait.
