Won't refund our money

I'm ****ed with their service,cause we booked a bus as a group of 24 people to go to PE on the 27/09/2019 the bus was fully booked that time,so to our surprise they' be just decided to cancelled the bus on the 25/09/2019 they even called my cousins to come collect the money or send the their banking details,so cause its late she went there to get the money but they refused to give her the money today they told her that she can only get the money tomorrow,really if they can't find us onather bus they must give us our money back for other options please.
