Very very bad service

APM is the most discussing horrible company I ever heard. The worst service ever, it just need to be closed ,it doesn't deserve to operate because of the very bad service they offer to people.My sister booked a bus from Cape town to Johannesburg in time for the 29th of September she just received an SMS says her booking has been cancelled with a very short notice and no further means to help her find an alternative maybe and worse part they couldn't refund her her money till today is been sent up and down only to get her money back she's been in their offices several times spending her money is been calling emailing still no help and she had to spend more to find a bus because of the short notice. This is the most useless company I ever heard in my entire life. I also once experienced the bad service. I was traveling from Johannesburg to Eastern cape I had to wait for a bus for 5 hours since from 7 pm until 12:00 am (7 hours delay imagine) we were standing a queue outside.
