Very poor service

It was my first time using APM buses ..and had a very bad service ever. First of all it arrived late for the departure ,secondly it was overloaded whereas we are currently in unfortunate time ,facing the covid-19 virus. after De Doorens we were told to get off and get to another bus where most people did not have seats .They stood until they git to Queenstown (Imagine!!!) I wouldn't recommend this bus to anyone.. I regret booking a return coz now they can't refund me even though they know that this was a very bad service
