Very poor service

Booked a bus from Peddie to Mthatha, bus was suppose to depart at 05h05

Got to the station at 04h20 but waited till 07h30 no bus arrived, no explanation even today I’m still waiting. Reported the issues to their office but they said they can’t help. I need my money back because I will never ever in my life use the nonsense of a bus
