Very bad service, no customer care from management

I am writing with a big disappointment from APM bus services. Firstly I booked a bus with a full price from Stutterheim @ 15:30 I received an sms saying I should board from King Williams town @ 18:30 when I asked about taxi fare from Stutterheim to KWT they said they will pay when I arrive in Cape Town. The bus eventually arrived in KWT to East London from Cape town only to find out that the people coming from Cape Town delayed for 9hrs because they had to wait for a diesel to be refilled. The bus is full of people who paid full bus fare but we are stuck in Riversdale due to diesel that must be refilled. We have been stuck here for almost two hours now, the directors of the company have been informed and nothing is being done. There are infants in this bus and elderly people who uses crushes and are on critical condition. There are people that are supposed to report at work this morning.
