VERY BAD SERVICE

I booked a bus for my daughter travelling from EC Queenstown to WC- Cape Town at 1st I was told the bus is delaying 1h30min then later at Takarstard the bus broke down the driver's insisted that they must took off there after broke down again at 00:21 Graaff Reinet, there after again till currently the bus is at Aberdeen since past 2am and there is no communication with passengers, they hearing rumous that another bus is coming at 5pm for people who were supposed to be in CPT at 6am this morning, why put people lives with a bus that is not roadworthy which company knows that it has technical problems? People are hungry and tired cause they did not prepare for such, this bus service should be discontinued. Such companies cannot be transporting people they don't care about lives at stake at all.
