Unsatisfied traveller

We booked a bus for my husband for 17:00pm, he is rushing for a court case in Bloemfontein for tomorrow the 2nd and right now, it's 19:10pm on the 1st and the bus has not arrived.

They are very *********** and unprofessional.

None of the numbers on the website are working, you can't call through.

We would like our money back and we are never booking again, you have lost three customers today.
