Unsatisfied costumer

The service of this bus company is worse than horrible! Our bus to Durban from Pretoria was scheduled for 20H30 tonight (13 June 2019) but we still waiting. As I'm writing this review, it is 22H07 and there is still no identification as to when we can expect the bus. The office is not communicating and we not offered any reimbur*****t to catch an alternative plan. This bus company does not even have a contingency plan for such problems. The APM staff is calm and are not even concerned about our health and safety. As a Safety practitioner, this company has exposed us to health risks and safety risk. The temperature is literally dropping and we waiting outside!!!!!!!
