Unpleasant service

I booked a bus for my **** which was headed to East London from Johannesburg on 2 October and was scheduled to arrive on the 3 October 2020. On they way the bus has a breakdown in King Williams Town and they told that they must get taxis from they own expenses.

Could APM refund me my money as money that i paid was from Jhb to East London and not King William's Town.
