Unpleasant

On Thursday 3rd of April 2025 me and my friend booked a ticket from Pretoria Bosman station to Paarl in Cape Town, we were supposed to leave at 16;00 the bus only arrived at 18:30 while we were waiting in the rain, the bus driver were rude no client service whatsoever, while waiting at the bus stop we called the numbers provided on the website, no answer. After our stop at Park station in Johannesburg we had to stop at an Engen garage somewhere in Johannesburg to swap busses. This was the most unpleasant experience ever travelling so far. AMP bus services really needs to look into their poor service delivery, we do pay for our rides, you need to treat your clients with respect, your drivers needs to be professional too.
