Unhappy Passenger

Hi

Am not happy with the service this Apm , untrusted bus , how can U sell tickets for busses which doesn't have offices at the stations, we bought tickets through bus bud,when we got to Pretoria bosman bus station we are advised that they were chased out of the offices which are on the boarding tickets , they said they changed location to Johannesburg, took transportation to Johannesburg only to find out they are also chased out , and told to wait by the road it will collect people around 20:00 , note that we didn't receive any communication regarding all this changes. We still waiting on the street in the dark , cold weather because we don't have any alternative transportation to get home .

Please refund my bus ticket money because Ur **** . U don't think about your passengers

What are we supposed to do at this stage?? Am not happy with the service received.
