Unhappy customers

I'm very unhappy with their services I booked a bus leaving to Johannesburg after a whole hour 30 minutes of delaying an apm bus gets her overloaded and we were forced to a sprinter by drivers of apm bus with licence plate FF 65 JG GP, I mean if I wanted to drive in a sprinter I would've woken up and took an 8 o'clock sprinter to Johannesburg I'd actually be at my house right now, but because I had a bus ticket I had booked prior to this trip to travel comfortably now I'm like a last minute traveller that didn't plan this trip and is desperate to go from point A to point B. But thank you I'll be taking my business else where in the near future.
