unhappy customer

I am writing this message because I am an unhappy customer. i booked a bus on the 1st Jan 2025 for a friend of mine to come over to Capetown from idutywa BP Garage main road to Capetown leaving at 18:00 we got a message saying there would be a delay of 4hrs requesting for people to stay at their pick up point I think its high time that they leave the business if they can't provide a quality service let alone briefing your customers on what's happening. you have pathetic customer service that is not showing empathy pathetic drivers APM Bus service is just inconsistent never buying any of your tickets again mxm.
