Unacceptable and Unsafe Bus Service

This bus should not be allowed to transport people. My first—and definitely last—experience with APM was a complete disaster. I booked a trip for 30 December 2025 from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town, with a scheduled departure time of 20:10. Just a few minutes before 8pm, I received a message stating that the bus would be delayed.

The bus eventually arrived at 21:00 and was extremely overcrowded. Suitcases were scattered all over the bus, including inside the passenger area, which is unacceptable and unsafe.

What was most disturbing and disgusting was the presence of ****roaches throughout the bus. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and basic standards.

On top of this, why do you not have offices or at least a shelter in Greenacres for your customers to wait in when it is raining or cold? Passengers are left exposed with no protection at all.

I am extremely disappointed with this service and will never book with APM again.
