****ty bus service - do not book!

Booked a return 12/4, 15/4 JHB-Mthatha-JHB, first of all the bus boards outside Parkstation and has ****roaches.

It left after 8pm stopped at some place in the eastrand before finally leaving which was almost 2hrs later. Bus advertised to arrive 6h39 in Mthatha yet arrived 9h39.

Return was even worse got to the station an hour earlier - ticket had 14h20 as departure time only to board an hour later, stopped at Shell garage and only left Mthatha 16h00. Bus went to Kokstad and we were told it has to go via Mzimkhulu to Queenstown as it's a smaller bus and people who paid for kids must sit them on their laps as they need to pick up 5 more people (overload much)???? One passenger who was picked up in Mt Frere got off Mzimkhulu and cash taken from her on the bus??? We are on some funny road, it's 21h23 and going nowhere slowly infact the scheduled time for arrival 4h45 in JHB will not happen at this rate. Like what is this???
