Apm never again!!!

I was meant to take bus from port elizabeth to cape town yesterday 12 January 2024 19h15 bus

I arrived 1 hour before time when I arrived there were people waiting since 3h30 pm their bus to cape town didn't arrive yet

We were a bunch of people waiting at their office building near greenacres shopping Centre There office was closed we all were standing outside

A security officer down the street informed us the office was last open December 2023

Each of us phone their numbers no answer

Zero communication from their part

We left 00h30 am because no bus came amso we went home we stood like fools for more then 5 hours There were other people that stayed behind because they had nowhere else to go

Utter unacceptable!!!!
