Trash all over the bus

I booked a bus for the 02 Dec was supposed to leave at 14:05 bus got to thw station at 17:35 dirty all over, food and gabbage from previous passengers , nappies ,empties of Alcohol and the bus got to George at 3 am ,1 of the drivers was rude ...I even have a videoof the bus full of trash
