Ticket Refund challenges

We bought two tickets to travel from Pta to Mtata over the long weekend of April 28, 2018. Since there was a national bus strike I went back to demand a refund and their offices were closed. I called the number displayed on their door and was told that I can only claim the money when they are back into service. I have done that now and I was told they will give us a voucher which I indicated I did not require because I used up funds meant for something else and I need to be refunded. They told me to write an e-mail indicating my challenge to which they did not respond till now. Wrote more follow up e-mails to no response. My calls are ignored now. I needed the money to buy my family food since I had used more funds for that particular trip. They show no interest at all in my case even after all my pleas with them.
