Ticket converted to voucher, cashier's refusing to help me sell

would like to know why is it that the staff (lady and the guy)they were working Friday in JOHANNESBURG Parkstation helping "SOME"ticket voucher owners to sell it to customers but they refused with mine....

I would like to know what kind of unfair business is this company running treating customers unfair.
