Good day. Very disgusting by the exploitation the bus drivers and passenger laugage handlers. My sister took a but to Johannesburg from Cape town on the 2 October 2020 and was told she had to pay R150 because her bag is too big, which was not stated at any point in time when she purchased her ticket. I demand APM does something about this as it shows that this is something these guys are use to. I will be taking the matter further as such behaviour is unacceptable and people are being ****** off their hard earned money by *****s who think about nothing else but their own pockets.
