On the 4th June I took a bus from Johannesburg to Idutywa for my grandmother's funeral, the bus left an hour late than the stated time. Due to the stress I was under and everything I was going through when I got off the bus in Idutywa around 10am I did not realise that I am accidentally leaving one of my bags behind. After a couple of hours upon arriving home I then realised that a bag that had 6 pairs of new shoes that we were going to use for that week we were going to spend at home and my toiletry bag. I tried calling their contact center but could not get hold of them I tried again the next day for about an hour, when I finally spoke to an assistant by the name of Monica she told me not all the buses have arrived I should call again around mid-day, but when I called around the time after trying for a very long time to pickup the phone I asked for Monica and the assistant just hung up on me. Poor service I am never recommending anyone to use this bus service ever.
