Their busses they don't pitch

I advise not to book this bus at all, I booked a bus from Midrand to cape town which was supposed to depart 11.30am the bus never come ,at 12pm I had to make other alternative, you call them their phones goes on voice-mail,I went to their ticket office in cape town to enquire the guy who was assisting me looked like he ddnt know what he was doing I stayed for 30mins ,he then told me to wait for his colleague who will start his shift in few minutes time,after he had some phones they then told me the send sms a day before saying the bus will delay with 45mins
