The worst seevice9

Booked a bus for 11pm. When i got in the bus at 10:30 there were other passengers trying to find seats. I had 3 kids with me a toddler,6yr old and a 11yr old. Before i could even get to any empty seat the bus was moving. When trying to tell them that we havent found seats yet the driver and his assistant got cheeky shouting at me. My kids nearly fell. Ended up sitting in front and my kids sitting on different sits alone. Left the park station as the bus was joining the free way they went back to park station again because they left early.
