The worst first time experience

We are traveling to eastern cape today the 18th Dec 2019, the bus was supposed to leave at 17:30 arrived an hour late at bosman pta currently we are parked in Midrand. We've been here for an hour. Minister of Transport should really shut this bus down, we have another SA road link on our hands. These busses should be fined for colluding and fixing prices during the holiday periods knowing that people need to use the bus.
