The worst customer experience ever..

Worst experience ever my family got stuck with the bus at 1am 21.04.2019 and now it 7h16am 22.04.2019 still nothing is being done yet there are kids as well this bus company just does not care about their customers it only abt money in their pocket, and even worse nobody is updating passengers on what is the way forward this is realy appalling customer service I'm just realy disgusted ?
