The worst bus ever

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible service. My cousins took the bus from Johannesburg to Queenstown on 3/4/2024. Upon arrival at Park station they were told that APM doesn’t enter the premises and therefore they had to walk to where the bus was going to arrive. The passengers felt unsafe as the bus didn’t departure at the set time of 8pm. Therefore, they called the police to wait with them. The bus was late and the drivers were rude. They charged them R100 extra for a 20l bucket of scones and an extra R50 for the smaller bucket. No receipt was issued to them. The bus was overloaded which further delayed departure time as they had to wait for another bus to fetch some of the passengers. The busses didn’t even have the company name on them. DO NOT book this bus if you want to avoid disappointment!
