THE WORSE BUS SERVICE EVER.

Good day

I took a bus on the from Mtata to Cape Town on the 2 August 2021 , what a nightmare it was . The bus never arrived and instead we where dumped on the JHB bus and dropped off in Queens Town where we spend the whole day and night . Sitting on steel chairs in the winter cold. We saw busses arriving but all of them where full and we were told to wait until 00:02am we only got the bus , no apology nothing .

We got to Cape Town station phones where off we could not call our families or book uber transport as the Taxi was on shutdown due to the Taxi violence. No apology instead the manager in Cape Town ran away and a Cashier full of attitude addressed me , when i was asking for help to make a phone call to my family i was given attitude and shown the door . The worse bus service ever !!!!
